As Senior Director of AI Product Development at Tricentis, I lead global engineering teams building intelligent software powered by LLMs, machine learning, and advanced data architecture. I don't just manage technology — I bridge the gap between deep technical execution and market strategy to create AI products that win customers and drive growth.
My career spans 20+ years of building and scaling engineering organizations. I've led product lines generating over $200M in annual revenue, grown distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, and held leadership roles at SolarWinds, Red Hat, and Sticky Password, where I served as CTO. From hands-on development to C-level strategy, I've operated at every level of the stack — and every level of the org chart.
What sets me apart is how I build teams. I believe bold innovation comes from cultures rooted in integrity, transparency, and empowerment. I mentor engineers into leaders, turn complex challenges into clear roadmaps, and create environments where high-performing people do the best work of their careers.
I hold a Master's degree in System Engineering and Economics from Mendel University in Brno, and I'm a Certified ScrumMaster with training in leadership development and high-impact communication.
